Workers are busy this Friday preparing for “The Love Project 2018” that will take place on Saturday, December 1st from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Bland County Fairgrounds located 31 Fairground Street, Bland, Virginia.

The Love Project is sponsored by Dr. Jeremy and Niki Mays with Healing Waters Ministries. Volunteers have been working diligently for the last few days preparing the fairgrounds for what is anticipated to be a wonderful event in which clothes, coats, shoes, toys, and food will be given to all those in need from Bland, Giles, Mercer, Pulaski, Smyth, Tazewell, and Wythe Counties.

Recipients are asked to bring a form of ID that has a valid address to receive supplies.
