AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REPLACING SEC. 2-77 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF BLAND, VIRGINIA:

Industrial Development Authority- Name designated

           Whereas, Virginia Code §15.2-4903 authorizes the county to designate the name of the Industrial Development Authority of Bland County as the Economic Development Authority of Bland County, Virginia; and

            Whereas the entity was so designated by motion on April 27, 2004.

            Be it hereby ORDAINED as follows:

 Sec. 2-77 of the Codified Ordinances of the County of Bland is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety as follows:

           Sec. 2-77. - Name designated.

The name of the political subdivision of the state created by this division shall be the Economic Development Authority of Bland County, Virginia.
